Live plants & final sale
Because live plants are perishable and their condition can change after leaving my care, all plant sales are generally final. Floral Fantasy WV does not accept routine returns or exchanges of live plants.
Problems with an order
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has another serious issue, contact Floral Fantasy WV as soon as reasonably possible and include clear photos of the plant, packaging, and shipping label when applicable. Resolution may include advice, store credit, replacement, partial refund, or refund depending on the circumstances and available inventory.
Refund exceptions
Refunds are not guaranteed under this final-sale policy. Floral Fantasy WV may choose to make an exception, including for loyalty customers, shipping problems, duplicate charges, cancellations that can still be stopped, or other circumstances the store considers appropriate. Any exception is discretionary and does not change the general final-sale policy for future purchases.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for monitoring tracking after shipment. Shipping dates may be adjusted to protect live plants from dangerous heat, cold, storms, carrier disruptions, or other conditions that could create an unreasonable risk to the plant.
Local delivery & pickup
Local delivery is available only within the delivery area shown at checkout. Pickup or delivery arrangements should be completed within the agreed window. Plants remain living products and should not be left exposed to unsafe temperatures after delivery or pickup.
Natural variation
Every live plant is unique. Size, leaf count, coloration, variegation, growth direction, cosmetic blemishes, and other natural characteristics may vary from photos. Normal variation is not considered a defect.
Loyalty accounts
Customers may create an account to keep account-linked order history and loyalty points. Points have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be corrected for refunds, reversals, duplicate awards, or administrative errors. Floral Fantasy WV may change or discontinue loyalty terms prospectively.
Payment & taxes
Online card payments are processed through Stripe. Applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout. Orders are not considered paid until payment is confirmed.
